Madhya
Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation is the nodal
agency for the promotion of Madhya Pradesh overseas and within
country. However
the Madhya Pradesh Government has decided to set up joint
venture companies between the State Tourism Department/ M.P.
State Tourism Development Corporation and private sector hotel
chains for the development of tourism related projects in Madhya
Pradesh. It has been decided to privatise 35 hotels tendering
for which is almost over.
